Appointments must be arranged in advance using the booking form on this website or by prior agreement.

  • Cancellations and Changes

If you need to change or cancel an appointment, please provide as much notice as possible. Appointment booking deposit refunds will be issued if cancellation is given at least 24 hours prior to appointment.

  • Payment

Payment arrangements will be confirmed at the time of booking, payment is due prior to (individual) booking appointment, commencement of treatment.

Prices are subject to change without notice; however, any confirmed appointment will honour the price agreed at the time of booking.

Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in the loss of the appointment time and may require a new booking to be arranged.

Appointment times are allocated specifically for each client. Please ensure you arrive at the agreed time for your appointment.
